Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out as soon as possible.

We use tracked shipping services through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after shipment.

4–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
